Hi, I am so happy you are here!
I am a food-loving pediatric registered dietitian nutritionist living in Connecticut. Originally from Colorado, I grew up absolutely loving food, gardening with my family, and the active lifestyle well known to our mountain town. I became increasingly interested in nutrition and wellness as a young ballet dancer and chose to attend the University of Arizona for my undergraduate nutritional science coursework. After four engaging years, I moved to West Hartford, Connecticut to continue along the path to becoming a nutrition expert. I graduated from the University of Saint Joseph with a master’s degree in nutrition and after falling in love with the East Coast, I chose to stay and start my career. I currently work as a clinical pediatric registered dietitian nutrition. I am the founder of my virtual private practice and work at a free-standing children's hospital in Connecticut.
